COVID-19 update - 2 April 2020

Date Added 02 April 2020

We take the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff and the community very seriously, and as such we wanted to give you a further update on our current situation.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, and in line with the Government guidelines, the Priors Hall Park Estates team will continue to carry out works which are deemed as essential. As such, the priority for the team will be to ensure that litter and dog foul bins are maintained to a high standard and litter on the development is kept to a minimum.

In line with the Government guidance, the play areas and fitness areas remain closed, however the team is still checking the equipment on a regular basis as we are aware that unfortunately some people are choosing to ignore the signage and fencing and entering these areas anyway.

Our team has been provided with the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in order for them to carry out these tasks in a safe manner and they will be observing the social distancing procedures at all times.

We will continue to monitor the condition of the open spaces and manage them on a necessary basis so that the overall health and condition of these areas can be maintained in the long term.

The office team has also changed its way of working; our office-based staff are now working from home to minimise close contact with colleagues and stop the spread of the virus. We can of course be contacted in the usual way by emailing [email protected] or by phoning 01536 428758.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and update the website regularly.

In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

Thank you for your understanding in this difficult time.
