COVID-19 update - 17 March 2020

We wanted to update all of our lovely residents during this uncertain time.

Rest assured that the Priors Hall Park Management team continues to strive to deliver improvements while maintaining the communal areas across the Park, however we are facing unfortunate challenges to deliver some of our scheduled works and we wanted to keep you updated.

In line with the latest advice from the Government, we will be postponing any planned events, including a Spring Walk with our ecologist and the open consultation for residents. These will be rearranged as soon as possible.

Work was also due to take place on upgrading the lighting columns within the Town Gardens last week, replacing the current columns with a more manageable, secure fixing system. Unfortunately our delivery is currently delayed by 4-6 weeks.

At this time, our Estates team will continue to work around the Park, however we do ask that residents respect the current guidelines and maintain a 2 metre perimeter to reduce the risk of any human-to-human transmission – we do ask that you give them a wave though!
