Please be aware Phoenix Surfacing Limited (PSL) have had a cancellation of works on Mon 18 Mar 24 so we are going to take the opportunity to complete final surfacing to the road at the junction of Kestrel Road and Merlin Road on Mon 18 Mar 24 which will see the junction into Merlin Road off of Kestrel Road fully closed between 0900 and 1230 on Mon 18 Mar 24. Area in red below.
Kestrel Road will remain open throughout these works.
