Pheonix Surfacing Limited (PSL) are currently completing Section 38 works and are progressing well which will see the temporary closure to the junction of Kestrel Road and Regents Place (NN17 5BP) as per the below drawing (Red) from Mon 04^th Dec 23 until close of business Fri 08^th Dec 23 to enable a pedestrian crossing to be constructed.
