Temporary disruption on Flaxland Way & Birkdale Drive (NN17 5GA) from Mon 15 Aug until close of business on Thu 18 Aug 22

Please be aware Phoenix Surfacing Limited (PSL) on behalf of Urban and Civic and Barratt Homes will be carrying out preparation works for final surfacing followed by final surfacing to areas on Flaxland Way and Birkdale Drive (NN17 5GA) which will see localised disruption and temporary access constraints between 0800 on Monday 15 August to 1700 on Thursday 18 August 22.

See attached map which shows the areas in red that will have work completed. PSL have letter dropped and door knocked residents in the vicinity to warn them of this localised temporary disruption.
