Temporary closure at Kestrel Road (NN17 5FP) whist section 38 works are being completed in the carriageway - Mon 5 Feb and Fri 23 Feb 24

Please be aware Kestrel Road (NN17 5FP) will have a temporary closure, area highlighted below in green between Mon 5 Feb and Fri 23 Feb 24 whist section 38 works are being completed in the carriageway. Phoenix Surfacing Limited (PSL) will look where possible to better these dates in order to minimise the disruption to residents and road users.

PSL have carried out a letter drop to residents in the vicinity on the works and access restrictions in regard to parking and to facilitate these works all vehicles parked on Kestrel Road are asked to be moved prior to 0800 on Mon 04 Feb 24 and for the entire period of the temporary closure less the driveways where the red line is at the southern end of the temporary closure as they will still be able to access their driveways throughout this period.

PSL will also ensure a diversionary route for road users is signposted for the duration of these works.

Advanced warning signs of these works are now in place on Kestrel Road and a traffic management (TM) plan with signage for the diversion will be in place prior to the commencement of these works.

A reminder to all properties that face onto Kestrel Road, less those with their own driveways have their allocated parking to the rear of their properties.
