Recent Parking Notice

We are aware that a number of residents have recently received letters purporting to be from Priors Hall Park Management Ltd about the introduction of parking fines of £250 from 1st August 2023.
We can confirm that these letters were not issued by PHPML and we will not be introducing a new smart safety car to monitor and enforce these fines.
However, we would like to encourage residents and visitors to park responsibly around the development and be considerate of neighbours and passersby when parking; in line with the covenants and agreements signed when moving into your property.
