Please be aware that the works on Kestrel Road being completed by Phoenix Surfacing Limited (PSL) as detailed in the below email and associated attachment have been completed ahead of schedule and the road will be open and be fully accessible from both directions from around 0830 on Tue 5 Mar 24. Once again many thanks for your cooperation and understanding whilst these works were being completed.
