ADDITIONAL temporary road closure at Kestrel Road (NN17 5FP) whilst section 38 works are being completed in the carriageway - Mon 19 Feb until Fri 08 Mar 24

Please be aware Kestrel Road (NN17 5FP) will have an additional temporary closure further north up Kestrel Road, area highlighted below in red between 0800 on Mon 19 Feb 24 and 1600 on Fri 08 Mar 24 whilst section 38 works are completed in the carriageway. Phoenix Surfacing Limited (PSL) will look where possible to better the end date in order to minimise the disruption to residents and road users.

Kestrel Road will have no through access from and to either end during this closure, including the northern junction of Merlin Road onto Kestrel Road which will be closed for all vehicle access.

PSL will carry out a letter drop to residents in the vicinity of the works.  All vehicles in the works area on Kestrel Road are asked to be clear by 0800 on Mon 19 Feb 24 and for the entire period of the temporary closure less driveways where the red line is at the southern end of the temporary closure as they will still be able to access throughout this period.

PSL will also ensure the diversionary routes for road users are signposted for the duration of these works, the PSL Traffic Management Plan for this second temporary closure is attachment.

Refuse bins for Kestrel Road where the closure is located, should be stored to the rear of properties and not to the front unless it is where properties has a driveway. If necessary PSL can help on a Fri with getting bins to the right area for emptying.

A reminder all properties that face onto Kestrel Road, less those with their own driveways have their allocated parking to the rear of their properties and not on the front of Kestrel Road.
