Footpath finishing works along London Road
Breheny Civil Engineering, under instruction from Urban&Civic, are carrying out finishing works in front of properties to the footpath along a section of London Road.
As part of these works they will be replacing footpath edgings along the footpath by properties, including vehicle access points from driveways onto London Road.
These works are due to take place on Thursday 30th May. In order to undertake these works safely and as quickly as possible, it unfortunately means that you will not be able to use the vehicular access points on and off the road and onto your properties between 09:30 and 15:30.
Tarmac work will be starting on Monday 3rd June. Please see the top image on the right to view vehicular restrictions due to these works. To avoid any issues, please find alternate parking clear of the works.
We are happy to discuss any queries or concerns you may have; please call Rob Millar (Urban&Civic Estate Manager) on 07736274009 or James Bragg (Breheny Agent) on 07880197897.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience these works may cause and thank you for your understanding with this short disruption.
