Pheonix Surfacing Limited (PSL) will be completing Section 38 works as per the below details:

The junction of Merlin Road and Kestrel Road (NN17 5FP) as per the below drawing will be temporarily closed (Red) from Thursday, 9^th November until close of business on Friday, 17^th November 2023.

The junction of Hobby Drive and Kestrel Road (NN17 5FF) as per the below drawing will be temporarily closed (Red) from Monday, 20^th November until close of business on Friday, 24^th November 23.
