Winter services - a message from The CGM Group

The CGM Group would like to apologise for the recent issues with regards to winter services.
Over the past two nights we deployed our winter service teams for gritting, which was successful however the second night the snow fell early and through the night. The CGM Group deployed its tractor and snow plough to clear the main roads, this was closely followed by the gritter, which seems to have had an auger malfunction. This enabled the cleared route to freeze which caused slippery conditions. The CGM Group then deployed further gritting vehicles which were successful. The CGM group have now ensured that preventative measures will reduce the risk of this occurring in the future.
With this apology I can assure you that The CGM Group are committed and will always be committed to Priors Hall Park, ensuring that the service level is maintained to its highest level in all tasks we undertake.
