Block paving repair works

Please be aware that Urban&Civic have contracted Phoenix Surfacing Limited to carry out remedial works to the block paved footpaths in the following locations, as per the below drawing with areas highlighted in red:

1.            Barnwell Gardens

2.            Holdenby Drive

3.            Croyland Mews

4.            Elton Street

These works will take place from Monday 8^th March 2021 and will likely take up to 2 weeks. Works are scheduled to be completed by Saturday 20^th March 2021.

The sequence of works during this 2 week period will start at Barnwell Gardens, move onto Holdenby Drive, followed by Croyland Mews and finishing works at Elton Street.

Where possible they will look to allow access to pedestrians and will knock on front doors prior to commencing with any works on property footpaths.
