Footpath finishing works along Kestrel Road

As you will have observed, Breheny Civil Engineering are carrying out finishing works on the footpath along a section of Kestrel Road.

As part of these works they will be replacing edgings and asphalt along the footpath across the access point to Eagle Close. Please see the plan for a marked up drawing of the area in question.

These surfacing works are taking place from Monday 29th July until Wednesday 31st July. In order to undertake these works safely and as quickly as possible, it unfortunately means that you will not be able to use the vehicular access points on and off the road and onto Eagle Close between 08:30 and 17:30 during these dates. To avoid any issues, please find alternate parking clear of the works.

We are happy to discuss any queries or concerns you may have; please call Rob Millar (Urban & Civic Estate Manager) on 07736 274009 or James Bragg (Breheny Agent) on 07880 197897.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience these works may cause and thank you for your understanding with this short disruption.

UPDATE - Road and Footway Works at the junction of The Avenue & Lilford Place

Please be aware that the junction of Lilford Place and The Avenue (NN17 5ED) will remain closed into next week as the works were not able to be completed this week due to manpower and the extreme weather.

The works should be completed no later than Fri 02 Aug 19.

UPDATE - Drainage Repair on Ashby Street

From Monday 29th July, Breheny will be carrying out necessary drainage remedial works on Ashby Street.

Due to the extent of these works it will be necessary to close off a section of Ashby Street to traffic to enable safe excavations in the carriageway.

Please see the plan for a marked up drawing showing the area in question. For the duration of the works, we respectively request that should your home fall within the affected area, you park further down Ashby Street.

The nature of these works mean they are unpredictable and so it is difficult to provide you with a robust time frame for completing them but we expect the work to be completed within a week.

We are happy to discuss any queries or concerns you may have; please call Rob Millar (Urban&Civic Estate Manager) on 07736 274009 or James Bragg (Breheny Agent) on 07880 197897.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience these works may cause and thank you for your understanding.
