Drainage repair works - Park View
From Wednesday 14th August, Breheny under instruction from Urban&Civic, will be carrying out necessary drainage remedial works on Park View.
Due to the extent of these works it will be necessary to close off a section of Park View to traffic to enable safe excavations within the carriageway.
Please see the plan for a marked up drawing showing the area in question where work will be taking place and the temporary diversion route that will allow No.20 through No. 36 to still gain vehicular access to their properties.
The nature of these works mean they are unpredictable and so it is difficult to provide a robust time frame for completing them, however we expect the work to be completed within a week.
We are happy to discuss any queries or concerns you may have; please call James Bragg (Breheny Agent) on 07880 197897 or Robt Millar (Urban&Civic Estate Manager) on 07736 274009.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience these works may cause and thank you for your understanding.
Footpath finishing works - Hobby Drive
From Wednesday 14th August, Breheny will be carrying out necessary finishing works on the road and footpath along a section of Holdenby Drive. They are expecting these works to be completed no later than Friday 23 August.
As part of these works they will be replacing edgings and asphalt along the footpath and constructing a new ramp at the southern end of Holdenby Drive.
Please see the plan below for the work areas in question. We apologise for the inconvenience but we request that should your drive fall within these areas, you do not park on your drive until the work is complete as the work may restrict your ability to access/egress the parking bay.
In order to undertake these works safely and as quickly as possible, we will need to close the road at the highlighted section for the duration of works. We expect this closure to be in place for approximately one week starting Monday 19 August - Friday 23 August and diversion signs will be in place.
We are happy to discuss any queries or concerns you may have; please call James Bragg (Breheny Agent) on 07880 197897 or Rob Millar (Urban&Civic Estate Manager) on 07736 274009.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience these works may cause and thank you for your understanding with this short disruption.
